Sarah Raymond is an illustrator, designer and maker of learning materials for kids.
She has a fine arts degree from the University of Waterloo, a teaching degree from University of Western Ontario, and over 15 years experience teaching in public schools.
Her artwork celebrates childhood play and discovery, and links to folk art and historic ornament. She sews toys, dolls and puppets from mostly upcycled materials.
Sarah has two fairly grown up, but still incredibly cute kids, and walks the dogger in Hamilton, Ontario.
